Not a rotating crew. You'll know who is coming, and they'll know your house — which door sticks, which room the dog sleeps in, how you like the bed made.
A flat price, not an hourly rate
We price the house, not the hour. Your price is your price, and it can't run over because a room took longer than expected.
Background-checked and insured
Every cleaner is background-checked before their first job. We carry general liability insurance. Two references, checked.
Photos after every clean
Before and after, every room, sent to you when the job is finished. You'll see exactly what was done whether or not you were home.
A limited number of homes
We take on a limited number of homes in each area we serve so that every client keeps the same cleaner. When an area is full, there's a waiting list.
Why we don't charge by the hour.
Most cleaning companies sell you hours. It sounds transparent, and it isn't — an hourly rate makes your house's condition your financial problem. A room takes longer than expected and your bill goes up. You end up watching the clock instead of your home.
We quote the house. You know the number before you book, and it doesn't move.

Do I need to be home?
No. Most people aren't home for a clean and it isn't a problem. We'll arrange access once — a code, a lockbox, a gate pass — and after that you don't need to do anything. The photos after each clean show you what was done.
Will it be the same cleaner every time?
Yes. That's the point of how we're set up. If your cleaner is ever unavailable we'll tell you in advance and ask before sending anyone else.
What if I'm not happy with a clean?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll re-clean whatever you're unhappy with, free. If you're still not happy after that, we refund that clean.
When am I charged?
After the clean, not before. Your card is on file, and nothing is charged until the job is finished.
