* A move-in / move-out already includes the oven, the refrigerator, the interior windows and the cabinets, and an empty home has no laundry, so those aren't offered on it.
On recurring plans.
Weekly saves 15%. Every two weeks saves 10%. Monthly saves 5%. We recommend starting a recurring plan with a deep clean — a first clean on a house we haven't seen before takes longer than a maintenance visit, and a deep clean gets the home to a level that's easy to keep. It's recommended, not required: you can start straight on the regular price.

Why we don't charge by the hour.
Most cleaning companies sell you hours. It sounds transparent, and it isn't — an hourly rate makes your house's condition your financial problem. A room takes longer than expected and your bill goes up. You end up watching the clock instead of your home.
We quote the house. You know the number before you book, and it doesn't move.
