You stay your own boss.
You choose which jobs to take. There are no quotas and no penalty for turning work down. You set your own availability, bring your own supplies and equipment, and you're free to keep working for your own clients and other companies. You're an independent contractor running your own business — we're a customer that sends you steady work.
