Who we are
This site is operated by Sapphire Home Services LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in Parkland, Florida. "We" and "us" mean Sapphire Home Services LLC. "You" means the person booking a clean.
What we do
We arrange residential cleaning. The cleaning itself is carried out by independent contractors who run their own businesses. We are responsible for scheduling, pricing, payment and standards.
Booking and prices
Prices are published on this site and are quoted per job, by the size of the home, rather than by the hour. The price shown when you book is the price you pay for that clean. Add-ons are charged at the published rate.
Payment
We place a temporary authorisation on your card shortly before a scheduled clean and charge it after the clean has been completed. We do not charge before the work is done.
Rescheduling and cancellation
Recurring plans have no contract and no cancellation fee. You can reschedule, skip or cancel from your account. We ask for reasonable notice so that your cleaner is not left with an unpaid gap.
Our guarantee
If a clean is not right, tell us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the areas you are unhappy with at no charge.
Access to your home
You are responsible for arranging access, including any gate or vendor pass your community requires. Tell us in advance about anything we need to know to enter safely.
Things we do not cover
To be written. This section needs to set out exclusions, limits of liability, damage reporting and the claims process, and it must be drafted against the actual contractor agreement and any insurance policy once that is in place.
