What this covers

How Sapphire Home Services LLC handles information about people who use this site, ask us a question, or book a clean.

What we collect

• What you give us: your name, contact details, address and anything you write to us.
• Booking and payment records for cleans you book.
• Before-and-after photographs of the rooms cleaned, taken as part of the service and shared with you.

The price estimator on this site runs entirely in your browser. It makes no network request, and nothing you enter into it is sent to us or stored.

What we do with it

To schedule and carry out cleans, take payment, answer your questions, and keep records we are required to keep.

Who else sees it

To be written. This section must name the actual processors — the booking platform, the payment processor, the form provider — and say what each one receives. It should not be published until those are confirmed.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number we may text you about your enquiry, your quote, and reminders for cleans you have booked. Message frequency varies and your carrier’s message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, orHELP for help. Opting out of texts does not cancel a booking, and we will still reach you by email.

We do not sell phone numbers, and we do not share them with anyone for their own marketing. Numbers are shared only with the providers that deliver the messages and run the booking system on our behalf.

Your cleaner

The independent contractor cleaning your home receives what they need to do the work: your address, access arrangements, and anything you have told us about the home.
